Products and Orders
All products sold on this website are made to order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraud.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, as production begins shortly after purchase.
Production and Shipping (Print-on-Demand)
Products are manufactured and shipped by third-party providers. JIBA Shop is not responsible for delays, customs issues, or disruptions caused by the production partner or shipping carrier.
Due to the print-on-demand process, slight variations in color, placement, or texture may occur. These variations are not considered defects.
Returns and Refunds
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing errors, change of mind, or personal preference.
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.
Returns Due to Change of Mind
We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
If a return is exceptionally approved, the product must be sent to our designated address, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. JIBA Shop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
